Bootcamp

Bootcamp workouts are designed to maximize multiple aspects of fitness in a single session by combining cardiovascular exercises with strength training and functional movements include bodyweight exercises, resistance training, or equipment-based exercises like dumbbells, mats, and kettlebell. Classes are designed for all fitness levels offering options to help you get stronger.

Cycle 45

 This is a low-impact cardiovascular workout performed on stationary bikes, offering a convenient and effective way to improve fitness and health.
Here we do Indoor cycling, often referred to as spinning, involves riding a stationary bike either at home or in a fitness studio.

We have instructor led spin classes typically set to music, where participants follow a structured workout that includes various cycling techniques such as sprints and climbs.

Pilates

Mat Pilates is a form of Pilates practiced on a padded floor mat using bodyweight and gravity as resistance, without the need for specialized equipment like a reformer.
